About
Kelly Dickson
I am a caring, compassionate, therapist, helping people to overcome difficulties in their life. From depression and anxiety to relationship issues, low self-esteem, and everyday life stresses. I aim to help people improve the quality of their lives by promoting self-awareness and understanding, and by identifying and addressing any unhelpful behavioural patterns and/or self-defeating attitudes, thoughts, and beliefs. I believe building a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship is essential to a positive therapeutic experience.
